Efe received his BSBA degrees with double majors in management and marketing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He earned his real estate license from Hondros College in Westerville, Ohio.
Originally from Turkey, Efe has a diverse background both culturally and professionally. He spent nearly a decade managing a Capital One Commercial Bank operations team in Richmond, Virginia. While there, he developed a deep appreciation for old homes and architecture and purchased a historic 1910 row house in Church Hill, VA, one of America’s oldest neighborhoods. It was after that purchase that Efe caught “rehab fever” and proceeded to buy, rehab and sell multiple properties in the Richmond area. When Efe had the opportunity to relocate his family to Ohio, he opted for another older home in the charming community of Clintonville where he currently resides with his wife of 11 years and his eight-year-old son.
Efe is passionate about providing guidance to people as they engage in crucial transactions and life transitions and helping others experience the same pride and security of homeownership that he has felt when purchasing his own homes.
He finds inspiration from his son whose creative and innovative mind and positive energy brings joy to their family. Together, they love experiencing the diversity, art, culture, food and sports that Columbus has to offer.
